A key element of BEtreat is a typical community of practice activity we call “case clinic.” You describe a specific challenge you are facing in your practice and the whole group engages in thinking about with you, bringing in new perspectives, adding their own stories about similar situations, and brainstorming ideas about how to proceed.
You need to bring the group up to speed quickly so we can engage with your challenge. You should think about what you could bring to facilitate quick engagement. This might include:
- A short presentation or video to set the context
- Brief video interviews with some key players
- Relevant artifacts, pictures, and documents
- You may even want to link in someone from your organization through videoconference so they can engage with the group as well
A printer, projector/screen and videolink will be available for use during the workshop.
