The fourth

CoP summit

19 to 20 May 2025, Social Learning Lab, Sesimbra, Portugal

What's happening?

Communities of practice

The questions that keep you up at night? They're keeping others up too. For example, how do we harness AI in our community? How do we monitor the impact of our CoP? How are you scaling up your CoP initiative while keeping it meaningful.

For two immersive days at the Social Learning Lab, where Sesimbra's coastline meets the Arrabida hills, we'll tackle together what matters most to you.

Bring your challenges, your curiosity, and your experience - leave with new partners, fresh solutions, and renewed purpose in your social learning journey.

"There is nothing else like this on the planet"

"I agree. I keep coming back because there is nothing else like it."

Online participation

We have some spaces for online participation, which we aim to make as meaningful and active as in-person participation. The experience is full-time and synchronous; you lead or belong to a "pod" who will be your homies. Think carefully about time-zone differences if you join online.

The CoP summit generated precious memories, new friends, great ideas, and a keener sense the landscape of social learning leadership. A personal and professional delight!
